Digital Products

Due to the instant-access nature of our digital products (eBooks, guides, and downloadable content), all sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

Physical / Merchandise Products

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a physical item, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will make it right.
